Monthly Update 

The PSC remains in the Collection phase of the pastoral search process receiving well-qualified senior pastor candidates curated by MGI. The PSC continues to invest significant time on a weekly basis evaluating each potential candidate’s shepherding, preaching, and leadership gifts for alignment with the Church and Pastor Profile documents.

Pastoral Search Committee Prayer Requests

• Gratitude: We praise God for the deep unity and commitment of our church members in this season of patient and prayerful waiting as He guides us to the senior pastor He has already prepared for our church.

• Guidance: We ask God for wisdom and objectivity as the PSC evaluates and interviews candidates on a weekly basis

The PSC is committed to consistent and clear communication and will share monthly updates with the congregation in both verbal form and written form in the Christ Church email newsletter.
